Winter Wonderland Mini Sessions

Winter Wonderland Mini Sessions are going to be held on Sunday, November 5th at my studio in downtown Batavia. These sessions are QUICK & EASY - Even shorter than a typical mini-session! These Sessions include your favorite 3 holiday themed digital files with a print release delivered via email within 7 days after the date of your session. If you can't pick just 3, the entire gallery is available for purchase.

This year, these shoots are for Kids 10 and under!

THE DETAILS (PLEASE READ!)

~ Sessions are up to 10 min long and will be scheduled every 15 min so please make sure you arrive a few minutes early so we can stay on schedule. If you are late for your session we will take as many photos as we can in the time you have left. I will not be able to extend session times for this event. If you miss your reserved time, you forfeit your money on your session.

~ Full payment at booking is due to reserve your session. Your session fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your session, you can sell your spot or pay it forward to a friend.

IMPORTANT: These type of Quick & Easy Mini-Sessions are NOT for children and babies who need time to warm up or have stranger danger! If your child needs time to warm up, please book two time slots to allow for time. I will deliver the best shots from your session, but can not guarantee smiles (but as always, I will do my best!).

~ You will receive an online gallery with all your images, and you are able to select 3 digital files from your session delivered via email that will be perfect for holiday cards. Turnaround time is only 7 days, giving you plenty of time to get your holiday cards designed and ordered! As always, you have the option to purchase your whole gallery if you can't pick just 3.

PLEASE NOTE: These sessions will take place at my studio in downtown Batavia. The address is: 11 N. Batavia Ave. Batavia, IL 60510. My studio is located on the second floor of the Newton House, which is at the corner of Wilson St. and Batavia Ave (Route 31). Parking is available on Wilson St. or in the parking lot located in the back of the building. Just head up the stairs and my studio is the first space at the top of the stairs.

If you arrive early and there is another family in the studio, please wait in the hallway until they leave the studio.

These are usually sold out back-to-back sessions, so please plan to arrive on time! I cannot push back or change any session times.

Please make sure you arrive to the session with everyone already dressed & fed. There will not be time to change kiddos in between sessions, so it’s important that everyone be ready to go at the start of your reserved session time.

In terms of the photo set ups for the day, I’ll have the holiday backdrop set up and ready to go when you arrive - it's the same one on the booking page you signed up on.

I’ve had several people ask about wardrobe - Personally, I think matching Holiday PJ’s are adorable for these types of sessions, or if you want to be a little more formal, I suggest going with rich, deep colors and outfit choices that kind of go with the season. Cute hats, scarves, etc are always a nice touch this time of year. Please try to avoid bright, neon colors, as they tend to a) clash with holiday decor, and b) don’t really photograph that well.

Everyone has paid in full for their session, so nothing will be due at the time of the shoot. I'll deliver your entire watermarked gallery of images for you to review and select from. There will be an option to purchase more than just your 3 included photos, if you so wish!
